KILN, 18-20 Tileyard Road will be redeveloped to provide a new purpose built laboratory and office facility of up to 7,000 sqm. This is one of four developments delivered by Kadans Science Partner  at Tileyard Quarter. The area is located in the heart of the world leading Knowledge Quarter King’s Cross.  The building is designed to deliver CL2 wet laboratory and office space available for rent for all science use.
