Shared equipment facilities

The London Innovation Centre is the perfect location for opportunities and collaboration. It provides flexible, fully serviced CL2 wet-lab laboratory spaces for innovators, which can range in size from 200 sq ft to 5,000+ sq ft, as well as office space, meeting rooms and breakout spaces.

The Centre also contains shared lab facilities, where start-ups and smaller organisations can lease a single bench until they need a larger lab space for their workspace.

The Innovation Centre also benefits from access to shared equipment facilities including autoclaves, glass wash, -80 freestanding freezer and on-floor LN2 storage, as well as an in-house Lab Technician to support collaboration and your growth.
