Windrush Innovation Centre

The Windrush Innovation Centre is just one of Kadans Science Partner’s buildings that supports Oxford Biomedica in the Cowley area of Oxford. While the current building is circa 45,000 sq ft, Kadans is has planning consent to redevelop the Oxford innovation centre into a bespoke space for OXB covering circa 67,000 sq ft.

The design philosophy for the Oxford innovation centre provides lab and office modules accessed via common areas. Dedicated front and back of house areas are also included in the design to split visitor and goods entrance and exit points.

Kadans will provide the building as a fully fitted Cat B accommodation for Oxford BioMedica.

Delivering the new Windrush Innovation Centre will lead to the creation of a new campus, that sits with Windrush Court, (Oxford Biomedica HQ) along with refurbishment works to the OxBM GMP facility (Harrow House).
