Windrush Innovation Centre

Windrush Innovation Centre is one of the collective buildings Kadans Science Partner has to support Oxford Biomedica in the Cowley area of Oxford. The current building is circa 45,000 sq ft. Kadans is seeking to redevelop the Oxford centre for innovation building bespoke for OXB covering circa 67,000 sq ft, the building benefits from an existing planning consent.

The design philosophy for the Oxford innovation centre provides lab and office modules accessed via common circulation and support areas. Dedicated front and back of house areas to split visitor and goods entrance/exit point.

Kadans will provide the building in a fully fitted Cat B accommodation for Oxford BioMedica.

By delivering the new Windrush Innovation Centre, this will lead to the creation of a campus, which sits with Windrush Court, (Oxford Biomedica HQ) along with refurbishment works to the OxBM GMP facility (Harrow House).
