Tailor-made laboratory spaces and more R&D facilities near Oxford

Together with our tenants, we determine what wishes and requirements there are regarding their laboratory. Kadans has built customised laboratories for hundreds of knowledge-intensive companies. This experience allows you to spar with us about your specific needs. This tenant support from Kadans Science Partner is unique.

At Abingdon Science Park, we offer our laboratories and offices either Cat A, or fully operational. We call this the Kadans fit-out process. Kadans is happy to help you work out the fit-out. For example, the user-related equipment of the space is scrutinised. Think about technical facilities and more. During the fit-out process, Kadans also gives several workshops to its tenants to support the fit-out process of the desired laboratory space. The result of the process is a tailor-made layout including technical facilities and prices for the rented lab or office space.

In addition to customised office and laboratory spaces, Kadans also offers the possibility of creating other R&D facilities, including cleanrooms and pilot plants. After the fit-out, a layout with interiors becomes available. At this stage, the focus is on the details and the many variants possible. The tenant receives an indication of the fixed and loose furnishings, including office and laboratory furniture.
