Within Oli’s role, he is responsible for working with incoming tenants to find real estate solutions for their specific scientific needs. Prior to joining Kadans, Oli worked at Knight Frank in the Life Sciences agency department. Within this, he focused on both tenant representation and landlord instructions over a range of locations, sizes and scientific disciplines. Oli is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Sovereign House is a laboratory and office refurbishment delivered by Kadans Science Partner, located within The Science Quadrant at Abingdon Science Park Purchased in 2022, the building expands the current Kadans ownership at Abingdon Science Park. The development will comprise of repurposing of the current building, providing 7,728 sq ft of ground floor lab space and 7,728 sq ft of first floor office space. Due to complete in May 2023, the building can be offered as a bespoke fitted lab and office facility or delivered to CAT A specification.
